  I hope you had a chance to check out the "Power Sleep Wizard". Last time we went through a review... well, I felt it's good to give you a deeper look by going through "What's Special About Power Sleep Wizard".

  Here's a review of what worked best for me even though I haven't been so constant in utilizing the full potential of these:

  • The 2 stages of sleep that contribute the most to realizing your 'Quality Sleep' and what mistakes you can make to avoid entering these every time you sleep! (page 11).
            This is a basic concept and fundamental describing the sleeping cycle and            how to identify the one pattern that intensifies the 'Quality Sleep' factor.

            This concept quickly shaved off more than an hour worth of sleeping time,
          while, at the same time, supplemented my energy levels next morning.

  • What can you learn from your summer and winter sleeping tendencies and how to use this to stimulate better sleeping conditions (page 17 & 23).
            This is closely related to the
          2nd technique mentioned below

enhance your sleep
          'Get a Boost Back in Focus without Coffee!'. These 2 produce a very
          effective combination which produced most of the results I've achieved so    
          far.

  • The 1 thing to avoid in your exercise schedule and how it disturbs your optimum sleeping pattern (page 24).
           This is not strictly for pro-athletes or bodybuilders, even if your idea of
          exercise is a 15 minute walk then you definitely can use this strategy to
          boost 
your sleep and in fact reduce the total hours you waste laying
          in bed.

            I've experimented with a 5 minute exercise pattern close to this technique
          and realized a boost in energy (just like that cup of coffee I used to have, but           overall feels better).

  • What can you learn from marathon runners when it comes to 'water' and how this can stimulate better sleep (page 31).
  • What to avoid on the dinner table that could disturb your optimum sleep (page 32).
  • The sleeping posture you wouldn't want to try in bed (page 33).

   This is just a small selection of many sleep improving strategies and tips the program reveals, and there's definitely other pointers which could be more useful in improving your sleep than they were to me.

What's Special About It Anyway?

  If you're looking for long-winded theory explaining the background and analysis behind every aspect then you won't find it here.

 
"Power Sleep Wizard" is a tightly-written, highly applicable piece of work that you could read in no-time.
  • It has no filler, and keeps theory to an extreme minimal so you can actually read a few pages pick up 2 ideas and start applying them the same night (who wants to waste time reading a lot of theory and then figure out how to apply it).
  • At the end of each chapter there's a summary to help you remember, and put into action, the best tips and strategies (this is like the author going over the chapter with a highlighter pen, then summarizing the best notes for your review).
  • At the end of the program you actually get an "action plan check list". This will be you're quick reference guide on how to go from your current situation into eliminating the lack of sleep and insomnia frustration.
