Review:
How To Energize Your Body
And Sleep Within Minutes Without Trying
I’m glad you
decided to take a moment to check this out. I’ll try to keep it brief
without missing some critical elements.

January 2005, it was 2 hours after midnight… yet I impatiently
sat in front of my laptop typing away at Google.
I’d been tossing-and-turning in frustration… trying to block a
million racing thoughts through my mind… as I helplessly, and
desperately, tried to fall asleep!
The ticking minutes turning into hours only added to my anxiety…
which eventually turned into sheer frustration as I got out of bed.
I logged onto Google in an
attempt to find a remedy.
Yet somehow the next day came, and like with many things in
life, I’d blocked the issue out of my mind.

among the many downloads and manuals I had on my laptop, I opened a
little manual as if just to skim through it.
Nonetheless, that little manual
radically changed my whole perspective on sleep and shattered many
myths I believed to be true!

At the time, I was in a constant cycle of ‘insomnia’. I’ll be
lying in bed, staring at the ceiling for minute and hours…
Yet I
could hardly fall asleep.
And if you’ve ever experience this, then these 2 programs I’ll
call "Power Sleep Wizard"
could change that for good.
Sounds over-the-top?
Well, maybe so… until you
actually put it to good use and experience results beyond what you’d
normally expect.
Simply put, as I moved on to the full manual (instead of the
report) I managed to:
- Reduce my sleeping hours per day by more
than 60 minutes. I used to sleep for more than 8 hours a night
and still feel drained for energy, now it's down to 6.5 hours with better focus and higher
energy levels than I've ever experienced on my previous sleeping
routine.
- Quit my coffee craving
and, at the same time, increase my energy levels throughout the day
without drinking coffee, tea or taking any kind of medication.
- Why I was so wrong
about napping and how I used just one
technique to tweak my naps into 'power naps' which instead of
draining my energy and focus levels remarkably boosted them to levels
hard to imagine without caffeine!

Now, I’ll be honest with you every now and then I’ll
slip into a phase where I experience insomnia for a night or two. You
know the case; you could be working to meet a deadline and pushing
strong through the late hours.

And, I’ll be frank with you, as I read about it for the first
time I didn’t buy it! It just sounded
too good to be true!

description made it sound so simple,
so easy… yet I felt my case was unique because I was struggling
with insomnia in a major way.

But the brief storey is this: the first 2 nights I started using
that CD (Just putting on my ear piece speakers as I lay to sleep)…
I couldn’t
believe it!!
If I recall, the CD runs for some 40 minutes or so… yet on those first few days I was honestly
asleep in less than 20 minutes. (I know because the CD’s got 2
tracks each roughly 20 minutes long… but I hardly remember what the 2nd
track sounds like)
I could go on to tell you what the tracks sound like… that your
mind gets trained to stop generating those never-ending thoughts and
ideas as you hit bed… or that you’ll truly feel relax
and calm as you use the CD over just a few nights… but the thing
